ACS Staffing Solutions are excited to be working with a brand-new e-commerce operation in Milton Keynes, offering fantastic opportunities for Warehouse Operatives looking to secure a long-term position with a growing company.

Whether you already have warehouse experience or are looking for your next opportunity, full training will be provided, with opportunities to progress within the business.

A VARIETY OF WAREHOUSE ROLES AVAILABLE

Depending on your experience and the area of the warehouse, roles may include:

Inbound Operatives – receiving, checking and processing incoming stock

Outbound Operatives – picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch

Inventory Operatives – stock checks, accuracy and maintaining inventory levels

Sortation Operatives – sorting and moving parcels throughout the warehouse

General Warehouse Operatives – supporting the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations

Heavy lifting is involved within some areas, particularly Sortation.

SHIFT TIMES AVAILABLE

We have a wide range of shifts available, including:

• 15:00 – 23:00

• 16:00 – 00:00

• 16:30 – 00:30

• 17:00 – 01:00

• 18:00 – 05:00

• 23:00 – 07:00

• 00:00 – 08:00

Shift Patterns

Opportunities are available across a variety of working patterns:

• Monday – Friday

• Tuesday – Saturday

• Wednesday – Sunday

• Thursday – Monday

Weekend availability may be required depending on the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders

• Loading and unloading goods

• Receiving and processing incoming stock

• Sorting parcels and products

• Carrying out stock and inventory checks

• Moving products safely around the warehouse

• Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets

• Following all health and safety procedures

• Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised

• Working as part of a supportive and hardworking team

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for reliable and motivated people who:

• Have previous warehouse experience, although this is preferred rather than essential

• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Have good attention to detail

• Are physically fit for roles involving manual handling

• Can follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Are reliable and committed to their shifts

• Are flexible to work different shift patterns where required
