The Role
The Transition Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and newly affiliated representatives and advisors throughout the onboarding and transition process. This role partners closely with advisors, internal departments, and business partners to ensure a seamless transition experience from start to finish.
The Transition Specialist coordinates training, facilitates account transfer activities, and provides white-glove support to help advisors successfully move and grow their business with Integrity Wealth.
Essential Job Functions, other duties assigned
Serve as the primary contact for new representatives and advisors, guiding them through the onboarding and transition process from affiliation through business transfer completion.
Coordinate with internal departments and business partners to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. Develop and manage training schedules to ensure representatives and advisors receive timely, comprehensive support.
Assist representatives and advisors in preparing and submitting the appropriate paperwork required to transition their book of business to Integrity Wealth.
Review transition and account transfer documentation for accuracy and completeness before submitting for processing. Communicate proactively to resolve any outstanding requirements.
Support transitioning advisors with broker-dealer change requests, including maintaining tracking records and ensuring requests are routed appropriately for processing.
Create, implement, and maintain tracking systems for new recruits and onboarding activities to ensure an organized and efficient transition experience.
Develop and enhance onboarding processes that provide a high-touch, white-glove experience for newly affiliated representatives and advisors.
Maintain and update forms, ensuring all required revisions are reflected across locations, websites, and workflow systems.
Participate in and lead projects focused on improving onboarding, transition processes, operational efficiency, and the overall advisor experience.

Experience and Education
Experience
Prior securities industry experience required.
Minimum of one year of experience working directly with a broker-dealer, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), or insurance organization.
Previous customer service experience required; marketing experience is beneficial.
Associate degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience, or 2 to 4 years of related industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Education
Associate degree (A.A.) from an accredited two-year college or university.
Licensing
FINRA Series 7, Series 24, and Series 65/66 preferred.
