Job Summary
Leads supply chain projects ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes and efficiencies. Analyzes data to forecast demand and manage risks effectively.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Own regional logistics KPI framework (DOT, COTA, COD, DRM, TPW).
Monitor logistics cost and productivity.
Manage transport and warehouse performance dashboards.
Coordinate carrier performance reviews and improvement plans.
Maintain logistics vendor and contract repository.
Lead transportation and warehousing improvement projects.
Drive logistics standardization and best practices.
Support warehouse migration and network optimization projects.
Ensure logistics compliance and governance.
Partner with Procurement, Distribution, Finance and Operations teams.
Lead logistics digitization and analytics initiative
Oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain projects to meet organizational objectives.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in the supply chain.
Manages project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
Monitors project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project success and resolve issues.
Reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and other stakeholders.
Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Communicates project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
Leverages industry best practices to optimize supply chain processes and achieve efficiency.
Provides a feedback loop on post-project execution.
Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and standards within supply chain operations.
Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management or project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is an advantage.
