MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose: The Partner Support Specialist manages administrative relationships with service partners and HP administrative processes, supports operations, provides assistance for ongoing projects within the assigned area of responsibility, maintains records and other related data or documentation, and supports the Manager, Team Leader and colleagues with administrative tasks directly or indirectly related to the primary function of the work unit.

Key result areas:

  • Manages the end-to-end process across different regions and countries and acts as the main point of contact for HP service partners;
  • Supports service partners with financial and logistics operations and is responsible for addressing all issues related to process functionality;
  • Is responsible for operational excellence and for meeting customer needs at the agreed level;
  • Searches for relevant information, analyzes and collects data for reports, and administers work processes in line with the manager’s guidance and other established administrative procedures;
  • Complies with all work procedures and follows the process analyst’s guidance regarding operational performance;
  • Provides support and training to service partners on the electronic tools made available by HP, enabling partners to perform their activities effectively;
  • Acts as the first point of contact for resolving issues encountered by partners when using HP applications;
  • Keeps up to date with process-specific requirements and applies them;
  • Responds to logistics process requests on time, accurately and completely;
  • Participates in the monthly operational performance review for HP’s key service partners;
  • Tracks all requests received by email, telephone or electronic channels through to final resolution and continuously keeps the customer informed of their status.

Evaluation criteria: The main evaluation criteria are derived from monthly reports on activity volumes and performance indicators, feedback received from partners, internal customers and local HP organizations, audit results, and feedback provided by the manager, process owner, colleagues and other departments.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand and comply with occupational health and safety legislation and the measures implementing it;
  • Perform work in accordance with the employee’s training and the employer’s instructions, so as not to expose the employee or other persons to risk of accident or occupational illness during the work process, and prevent or minimize environmental pollution;
  • Participate in occupational health and safety risk assessments and in identifying environmental aspects;
  • Not disable, modify, alter or arbitrarily remove safety devices, particularly those fitted to machinery, equipment, tools, technical installations and buildings, and use such devices correctly;
  • Immediately inform the workplace manager of any work situation reasonably considered to pose a risk to workers’ health and safety, as well as any deficiency in fire prevention and firefighting systems;
  • Inform the workplace manager and/or employer of any accident sustained by the employee;
  • Participate in occupational health and safety training at hiring, at the workplace, periodically, upon workplace change or transfer, and when new or modified work equipment is introduced, and complete occupational medicine examinations at hiring and periodically;
  • Cooperate with the employer and/or occupational health and safety specialist for as long as necessary to implement measures or requirements ordered by labor and health inspectors;
  • Cooperate with the employer and/or occupational health and safety specialist to allow the employer to ensure that the working environment and conditions are safe and free from health and safety risks within the employee’s area of activity;
  • Comply with occupational health and safety legislation and HP Inc. standards;
  • Provide information requested by labor and health inspectors;
  • Comply with fire prevention instructions issued by company management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Three to five years of experience in a similar position;
  • Degree or studies in economics, business or a technical field;
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in English and in the second language required for the role - Dutch (B2-C level); any additional language is an advantage;
  • Team-oriented approach;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Good PC skills;
  • Ability to resolve process-related issues and collaborate effectively with other teams.
