The Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business with over sixty-five years of history. As we continue to grow and expand, we are adding to our existing corporate accounting team in our Biller department. We have 17 high-volume dealerships throughout the Carolinas and Florida.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our corporate location in Northwest Raleigh, NC:
- This is an entry-level accounting role
- Previous automotive accounting experience is preferred
- Hourly pay rate will be based on prior experience
- Monday-Friday position

What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously, excellent organizational and time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Trade payoffs
- Review and upload commission data
- Maintain and reconcile sales commission for accuracy
- Understand associates' commission issues and communicate solutions effectively, professionally, and respectfully
- Prepare GL entries for additional commission and discretionary bonus
- Submit commission data to payroll department for payment processing
- Ensure commission accruals are recorded in the proper period
- Process and prepare lien payoffs on trade-in vehicles
- Assist in finalizing deals in accounting while verifying profit/loss
- Review and maintain accounting schedules
- Automotive experience preferred
- CDK software experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
