• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Process parking payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and revenue
• Assist guests with retrieving their vehicles and providing directions as needed
• Coordinate with valet attendants to ensure efficient parking operations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to parking and valet services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in parking or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
