Description
C.H. Robinson is seeking a Principal Recruiter to lead recruitment processes for critical talent needs across Technology and Corporate Functions. In this highly consultative role, you will partner with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies, provide talent market intelligence, and attract exceptional talent across technology, finance, human resources, marketing, legal, communications, and other professional disciplines.
As a trusted advisor, you will influence workforce decisions, drive complex searches, and leverage data-driven insights to shape hiring outcomes that support C.H. The position is open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S. and will primarily work remotely. Applications will be accepted through August 28th.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead recruitment strategy discussions with business leaders to align critical talent needs with organizational objectives and workforce plans
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across technology and corporate functions, including engineering, data, cybersecurity, finance, human resources, marketing, legal, and communications
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, talent mapping, networking, and market engagement
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing insights on labor market trends, compensation, talent availability, competitive intelligence, and hiring risks
- Facilitate structured interview and selection processes that drive high-quality hiring decisions while promoting an inclusive candidate experience
- Leverage recruiting metrics and workforce data to identify opportunities, influence hiring outcomes, and improve recruiting effectiveness
- Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and recruiting innovation efforts that enhance scalability and business impact
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to recruiters by sharing best practices, elevating recruiting capabilities, and driving knowledge transfer across the team
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' recruitment experience
- Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience supporting engineering, product, data, infrastructure, or related technology functions
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience recruiting for highly specialized professional, technical, and leadership positions across technology and corporate functions
- Advanced sourcing, pipelining, talent mapping, and candidate engagement capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through talent market insights, workforce planning recommendations, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, consulting, and negotiation skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels of the organization
- Strong strategic orientation with the ability to solve complex talent challenges, evaluate enterprise impacts, and drive organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor recruiters, and share best practices across teams

Compensation Range
$89,800.00 - $151,800.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
