Overview
As part of our Middle East growth strategy, AtkinsRéalis is seeking Senior Asset Management leaders who can drive business growth, lead major client engagements, and provide technical leadership across strategic infrastructure programs.
This role is targeted at experienced Asset Managers and Asset Management leaders who possess the capability, credibility, and vision to operate at Senior Asset Manager level while supporting the continued expansion of our regional Asset Management practice.
Your role
Strategic Leadership
- Lead large-scale Asset Management and Asset Investment Advisory engagements.
- Advise executive stakeholders on long-term asset strategies and investment decisions.
- Develop regional asset management solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Drive adoption of international best practices including ISO 55001.
- Provide technical authority on asset management and reliability in design, lifecycle governance, and asset investment decision-making.
Client & Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with key infrastructure clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Lead proposal development and client pursuit activities.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the Middle East Asset Management business.
Technical Excellence
- Provide specialist expertise across:
- Strategic Asset Management
- Asset Investment Planning
- Asset Performance Management
- Asset Data & Digital Solutions
- Infrastructure Transformation Programs
- Asset Management Plans and Asset Class Strategies
- Reliability Engineering and Asset Management in Design
- Condition Assessment and Asset Criticality
- EAMS/CMMS Strategy and Implementation
Team Leadership
- Mentor and develop the next generation of Asset Managers.
- Support talent development and succession planning.
- Build high-performing multidisciplinary teams across the region.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Infrastructure Management, Asset Management, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in asset-intensive industries or infrastructure advisory.
- Proven success in leading major asset management programs.
- Strong business development and client relationship management capability.
- Experience across aviation, transportation, utilities, water, energy, smart cities, or major infrastructure programs.
- Demonstrated capability to operate at Senior Asset Manager level and lead strategic client engagements.
- Deep expertise across the asset lifecycle, including reliability-centred maintenance logic (RCM), ISO 14224 asset and failure data, condition assessment, and whole-life cost.
- Proven experience leading Asset Management Plan and lifecycle framework development for asset-intensive operations.
- Experience of EAMS/CMMS transformation programs from an asset management perspective is desirable.
- Experience gained within asset-owning or operating organizations, alongside advisory experience, is highly desirable.
