Inside the Role
This position is responsible for title verification and intake for all used truck acquisitions, title reassignment for all sales, verifying and recording all Accounts Payable, and tax preparation for the SelecTruck wholly-owned dealerships.Posting Information

Position offers a starting hourly range of $25 - $32 Hr. USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive
- Process title reassignments for acquisitions and sales; verification, filing, and payment processing
- Purchase and Invoice SelecTrucks of America Sales
- Provide timely reconciliation of subsidiary accounts to general ledger
- Prepare and file periodic reports for taxing authorities, maintain and improve tax tracking system to ensure all reports are filed in a timely manner.
- Prepare tax schedules as required for corporate tax department.
- Process ACH and check disbursements related to SelecTrucks
- Verify and process accounts payable transactions
- Provide timely exception reports for contract payment discrepancies
- Research and resolve vendor account discrepancies
- Maintain accurate filing system
- Assist in resolving discrepancies between finance department and lender
- Other duties as assigned from an appropriate supervisor or manager
Knowledge You Should Bring
- 3 years of relevant experience or AA degree + 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, communication, and business process development talents
- Requires a broad understanding of skills, knowledge, and procedures of role
- Uses broad perspective to solve problems and find new solutions to problems
- Works independently with limited supervision
- Acts as an informal resource for new colleagues with less experience and explain detailed and/or complicated information with team
- Provides input, advice, and recommendations related to job field
- Strong systems aptitude and organizational skills
- Ability to be flexible and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude to independently increase technical skills and business knowledge
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Degree in Business or related field preferred
- One year related experience required, five years preferred
- Experience in titling and accounts payable transactions
