🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide personalized one-on-one physical therapy care
- Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
- Help patients restore mobility, improve function, and reduce pain
- Collaborate with chiropractors, nutritionists, and mental health professionals to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness strategies
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term success
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience while contributing to a positive team culture
✅ What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Illinois Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
