Accelerate your professional growth in a dynamic, two-year Rotational Development Program designed to build future-focused talent across the full product lifecycle. You will gain hands-on experience across four distinct business divisions, applying your technical knowledge to innovative solutions that transform how the world works.
What Makes This Role Great: You will build a versatile foundation in global civil construction and geospatial technology operations by leading impactful projects across Technical Support, Product Testing, Product Management, and Sales Engineering. This program provides broad executive visibility, continuous mentorship, and a structured post-program placement pathway tailored to your career goals.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Rotate through four, six-month assignments to gain well-rounded expertise across product development, testing, technical support, and regional sales enablement.
- Help bring next-generation tools to market by conducting rigorous field and office testing, analyzing product workflows, and validating solution performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to contribute to product vision, market research, and strategic launch assets.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical training to partners, clients, and internal teams at key industry events.
- Explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI, to optimize internal workflows and elevate the customer experience.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Surveying, GIS, Geography, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of one relevant internship or up to three years of professional experience with surveying, GIS, GPS, or positioning solutions.
- Strong adaptability, critical thinking skills, and self-motivation to navigate shifting priorities and drive projects forward independently.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a collaborative mindset, with full legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with construction or mapping software and experience utilizing analytics and reporting tools.
- Recent leadership involvement within a university environment or professional community.
