Description
RN Nurse Manager – Assisted Living
$90,000 + Quarterly Bonus
Why This Role Stands Out
If you're an RN who enjoys leadership but wants to step away from hospital chaos, this role offers a structured, relationship-driven environment where you can truly lead care, not just react to it. At Suite Living Senior Care, our RN Nurse Managers serve as the clinical leaders within their communities. You'll work closely with caregivers, residents, families, providers, hospice teams, and other healthcare partners to ensure residents receive thoughtful, consistent, high-quality care. And importantly, you won't be tied to weekday on-call responsibilities. Suite Living now partners with a dedicated service to provide Monday–Friday on-call coverage, allowing our RN Nurse Managers to focus on their communities and maintain a more predictable work-life balance.
What You'll Experience in This Role
Leadership without constant crisis mode: Work in a structured assisted living environment rather than the fast pace and unpredictability of acute care.
Autonomy: Serve as the clinical leader within your community and have a meaningful influence on resident care.
Meaningful relationships: Build lasting relationships with residents, families, and your care team.
Predictable on-call expectations: No weekday on-call. Weekend coverage is only once every 7 weeks.
Strong clinical partnerships: Collaborate with hospice, therapy, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals.
Opportunity to lead: Coach, develop, and support caregivers while helping create a culture of excellent resident care.
