Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the control, safeguarding, and management of regulated materials in accordance with applicable regulations and company requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and authorized control books for regulated materials
- Coordinate the issuance of regulated materials to production, quality, and creative laboratory teams
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and traceability of regulated materials
- Support inspections, audits, and verification activities conducted by regulatory authorities, including COFEPRIS
- Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations and support inventory control processes
- Assist in the preparation, revision, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to regulated materials
- Support compliance activities associated with regulated materials management and regulatory reporting
- Promote adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and food safety requirements
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or a related chemical discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance, quality, laboratory, warehouse control, or regulated materials management
- Knowledge of regulated materials and chemical precursor regulations
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to controlled substances and regulated materials
- Experience maintaining records, documentation, and compliance-related processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is preferred
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and analytical skills
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience supporting activities related to COFEPRIS regulations and regulated materials
- Experience working in quality, laboratory, regulatory, or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000, or ISO 22716 systems
