The Opportunity 

As a Delivery Coordinator, Design, you will be at the centre of project coordination, helping ensure design deliverables are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will support planning activities, monitor project progress, coordinate stakeholders and assist with the preparation and management of drawings and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design delivery activities across multiple projects.

• Assist with the preparation, review and management of design documentation and drawings.

• Monitor project schedules, track progress and help resolve delivery issues.

• Support project reporting, change management and cost control activities.

• Maintain CAD standards, systems and project procedures.

• Liaise effectively with design, technical, project management and construction teams.

• Assist in planning resources and work programs to achieve project objectives.

• Support risk identification, forecasting and mitigation activities.

• Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards and industry regulations.  

• You are a proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and enjoys bringing structure, organisation and efficiency to complex projects.

• At least 6 years' experience in architectural drafting, design coordination or a similar technical environment within infrastructure.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Design or a related discipline.

• Experience managing technical documentation, drawings and project deliverables.

• Strong organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with CAD systems and design documentation processes.
