AIG Outbound Contact Centre provides range of insurance solutions to new acquisitions campaigns and existing policy holders via Telemarketing. Work with a team of problem solvers - We find the opportunities to help customers and pride ourselves on making it a positive experience
Targeted Sales: Team focuses on acquiring new customers and engaging existing policyholders through proactive, personalized communication.
Customer Retention: Proactive engagement with existing policyholders to maintain relationships and provide services.
Diverse Product Portfolio: Offering wide range of Personal Accident plans, Hospital Income Plans, Critical Illness and not limited to servicing Auto Direct customers.
How you will create an impact
To assist in the development of Training programs and resolve contact center customer issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and KPI's.
To collaborate with Operation leads to identify training needs and create targeted training and learning labs to address specific skill gaps and uptraining.
To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from contact center employees
To facilitate training programs for new hires on product/insurance knowledge, selling/soft skills, compliance, scripting.
To maintain training materials, product fact sheets, scripts, motivational articles, news updates in the “Knowledge base” regularly.
To contribute ideas and coordinate engagement activities (indoor or outdoor) and sales challenges to foster a sense of belongings and cultivating team spirit.
What you’ll need to succeed
Provent experience in Telemarketing/Outbound Contact Centre
Strong track record in designing and delivering effective training programs in Outbound Contact Centre
preferably in a corporate or environment.
proficient understanding General Insurance.
Up to date knowledge of learning, development and talent management best practices
Understand Industry standards on Training Programs and has ability to propose new training programs
Experience in Instructional Design, Training & Coaching are essential.
Computer literate – knowledge in basic office applications
Self-starter, positive attitude and possess strong interpersonal skills
