Matriarch is seeking a dedicated Elite Care Specialist Float Nurse to support our growing care team throughout the Metro Nashville area, providing exceptional care to both pediatric and adult patients across multiple home care settings.

Position Overview

As an Elite Care Specialist Float Nurse at Matriarch, you will deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care in patients' homes while adapting to varying clinical needs and assignments throughout the Metro Nashville region. This role is ideal for an experienced, flexible nurse who is confident caring for medically complex patients and enjoys the diversity of working with different families and care environments.

Shifts Available

Full-Time (Guaranteed 40 Hours per Week)

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Some weekends and on-call rotation may be required.

Required Clinical Skills

The ideal nurse demonstrates confidence with:

• Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) care
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilator management
• Pediatric patient care
• Adult patient care
• Medication administration and monitoring

Training and certifications will be provided upon hire as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
