Job Purpose
Responsible to provide technical support to implement and test the actuarial model and data solutions. Effectively communicate about any issues identified so that resolutions can be formulated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and maintaining the deterministic or stochastic Prophet model, data conversion system, and database infrastructure to support actuarial analysis and reporting processes.
- Providing support in the Prophet modelling and data delivery processes to facilitate the fast-close initiative.
- Implementing new products into the deterministic Prophet model and enhancing the data conversion system and/or database infrastructure to support the new product implementation.
- Providing support to facilitate the implementation and testing of ad-hoc model and data change requests and/or project deliverables.
- Investigating, testing and resolving the Prophet model and/or data issues associated with new product implementation, ad-hoc model and data change requests, etc.
- Identifying and communicating about risks and issues in the Prophet modelling and data delivery processes.
- Preparing documentation of changes to the Prophet model, data conversion system, and database.
