Responsibilities:
Product development
- Understand Product development process requirement and complete assigned daily work.
- Conduct laboratory tests according to test instructions and ensure accurate documentation of experimental procedures and test results.
- Perform testing and evaluation of basic raw material properties and related product development activities.
- Test laboratory and pilot samples according to project requirements, document experimental details and results accurately, and report findings to supervisors in both oral and written formats.
- Carry out maintainance and calibration work of testing equipments, weekly & monthly cleaning, sorting duties, and related lab 5S work.
- Work collaboratively with laboratory team members to address technical issues and support project execution.
Material Compliance Management (MCM)
- Support local raw material introduction processes, including RMI workflow execution, document preparation, and supplier compliance document review.
- Coordinate and support government-funded innovation programs, incentive projects, and certification initiatives (e.g., High-Tech Enterprise (HNTE) certification, R&D Expense Super Deduction, etc.). Prepare and maintain application documentation, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track project progress, and ensure the timely completion of project requirements and deliverables.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE programs in R&D laboratories and office areas. Conduct risk identification and assessment, maintain and update HSE-related documents (e.g., FSS 7 substance list, laboratory standard guidelines, etc.), and actively participate in other HSE-related activities.
- Support the monitoring and assessment of chemical-related regulations and standards in China to facilitate material compliance activities.
- Support product and raw material registrations, certifications, and certificate renewals, including hazardous chemical registration and use reporting in China, and food-grade products certificate renewals, etc.
- Assist in respond to inquiries about chemical compliance from internal colleagues and external customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Biological Science, Medical Science, pharmaceuticals or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in product safety and regulatory affairs, product management, import and export operations, trade compliance, laboratory testing, or related fields will be given preference.
- Basic understanding of laboratory operations, chemical testing and material compliance concepts.
- Strong learning agility, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
