What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
- Build relationships through exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.
- Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and protection products.
- Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards.
- Keep accurate customer records using our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience welcomed.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
