Seeking a Front Office Concierge for our Patient Centered Dental Practice
Become the face and heartbeat of our practice! We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic team member with a positive attitude and a friendly smile who will deliver a concierge level of service to our patients. This position requires a self-starter who is able to problem solve, multi-task and be solution driven throughout the day.
We are willing to train the right person, as long as they meet the characteristics stated above and also meet the criteria listed below:
- Able to quickly build rapport with patients and ensure a positive experience.
- Have a developed skillset for phone mannerisms and etiquette.
- Be point person for multiple tasks and projects.
- Manage and maintain our practice schedule.
- Assist the team with duties/tasks with enthusiasm and a high level of follow-through.
- Be an ambassador for and a promoter of our practice.
- Openly participate in team meetings, masterminding workshops and contribute on a high level.
- Be ambitious, creative and enjoy a challenge.
