Deine Aufgaben

• Du bist für das strategische Produktmanagement unserer Kreditprodukte verantwortlich und hast dabei insbesondere die Volumen- und Margenoptimierung sowie den Vertrieb sicher in der Hand.
• Dazu erarbeitest Du innovative Konzepte zur Produktentwicklung am Markt, verantwortest, steuerst und führst Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung souverän und entwickelst durchdachte Vertriebsstrategien.
• Unsere Geschäfts-, Volumen- und Ertragsziele planst und überwachst Du zielgerichtet: Du bereitest Preis-, Profitabilitäts- und Business-Case-Kalkulationen vor und stimmst diese mit den relevanten Ansprechpersonen ab.
• Dein analytisches Know-how setzt Du gezielt ein: Du erstellst selbstständig regelmäßige Reportings und Monitorings zur Produktperformance und wertest Ad-hoc-Analysen eigenständig aus.
• Gewissenhaft definierst Du Vermarktungsstrategien und implementierst den Content direkt in dedizierten technischen Systemen.
• Mit Deiner kreativen Energie definierst Du Maßnahmen zur Intensivierung der Kundenbindung und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten.
• Selbstverständlich behältst Du Märkte und Wettbewerb jederzeit genau im Blick, erkennst Potenziale und Chancen und nutzt Deine Erkenntnisse, um bestehende Vertriebsprozesse zu optimieren.
• Auch um das Partnerschaftsmanagement im Direktkontakt zu relevanten deutschen Vergleichsportalen kümmerst Du Dich gekonnt.
• Teamwork ist für Dich ein wichtiger Erfolgsfaktor: Du arbeitest mit in- & externen Schnittstellen zusammen, zum Beispiel mit Finance, Marketing-Einheiten, Service und Risk. Mit Deinen Arbeitsanweisungen, Richtlinien und Verfahrensanweisungen schaffst Du Orientierung und stellst sicher, dass Deine Kolleg*innen zuverlässig informiert und eingebunden sind.

Dein Profil

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Produkt- und Preismanagement sowie Know-how zu Bankprodukten und Finanzdienstleistungen wie Wertpapiere, Immobilienfinanzierungen, Girokonten und Konsumentenkredite
• Fit in MS Excel, PowerPoint und analytische Systeme wie Python, SAS, R und/oder Dashboard-Systeme Looker, Cognos
• Talent für Produktvermarktung und Produktmanagement
• Daten- und zahlenaffin
• Konzeptionelles Denken und ergebnisorientiertes Handeln
• Fähigkeit, über den eigenen Horizont hinaus zu denken und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Your Tasks

• You take ownership of the strategic product management of our lending products, with a particular focus on driving volume growth, optimising margins, and strengthening sales performance.
• As part of this, you develop innovative product concepts for the market, manage, steer and lead projects, and design robust sales strategies.
• You plan and monitor our business, volume, and profitability targets closely and prepare pricing, profitability, and business case analyses, all the while coordinating them with relevant stakeholders.
• Leveraging your analytical expertise, you proactively create regular product performance reports as well as monitoring dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses.
• Expertly, you define compelling Marketing strategies and implement this content directly within dedicated technical systems.
• With your creative energy, you develop impactful initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and increase cross-selling opportunities.
• Naturally, you keep a close eye on market and competitor developments, identify promising opportunities, and use your insights to continuously optimise existing sales processes.
• Of course, you also support partnership management by engaging directly and effectively with relevant German financial comparison platforms expertly.
• Teamwork is at the heart of everything you do: you collaborate independently with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Service, Risk) and ensure colleagues are aligned through clear work instructions, policies, and procedures.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in product and pricing management, along with knowledge of banking products and financial services such as securities, mortgage financing, current accounts, and consumer lending
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using analytical tools such as Python, SAS, R, and/or reporting and dashboard solutions such as Looker or Cognos
• A talent for product marketing and product management
• Strong affinity for data and numbers
• Conceptual thinker with a results-oriented mindset
• The ability to look outside the box and develop sustainable solutions
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
