Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires collaboration with various teams to deliver seamless cloud integration, supporting the advancement of business capabilities through innovative cloud technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration processes and address any challenges that arise.
- Document migration procedures and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Monitor post-migration performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Experience in managing database performance, backup, recovery, and security within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and migration strategies involving private and public cloud technologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable database solutions that support high availability and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline migration and maintenance tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
