JOB PURPOSE

Our office assistant provides general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves clerical duties, communication management, and assisting team members with routine tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Database management in Slate CRM (address cleanup, duplicate resolution)

  • Communication (via email) and processing of group visit requests.

  • Assignment and response to inbox messages in Slate CRM.

  • Calendaring in our Google Calendar

PREREQUISITES FOR ELIGIBILITY

SCHEDULE

  • Work shifts will be between 8:30 am - 5 pm and take place in 2-4 hour blocks. We anticipate students in this position to work 6-8 hours per week.

RATE OF PAY

  • $16.80 / hour

WORK STUDY REQUIREMENT

  • Federal or L&C Work Study preferred but not required

PREFERENCES

  • Detail-oriented 

  • Good judgement

  • Ability to multitask

  • Google Calendar experience strongly preferred

  • Experience working in an office setting preferred but not required

  • Experience with CRM or similar tools preferred but not required
