What You’ll Get to Do
The Night shift Maintenance Technician is focused on mechanical/electrical performance of automated production machines and reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
This role is perfect for an individual who hands on, responsible, with great communication skills. A vital member of the Maintenance Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include
- Be responsible for the mechanical/electrical performance of several automated production machines or equipment that perform one or more function in glass.
- Maintain and observe operation of machines and equipment to ensure the production of high-quality glass.
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on equipment in a safe and efficient manner and make repairs as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks in order to increase equipment run time between failures.
- Assist management in root cause analysis when failures occur.
What We Are Looking For
- Must have experienced skills and knowledge with troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and operation of high-speed production machinery both electrical and mechanical.
- Experience with industrial electrical equipment, CNC, PLC’s/Driver and motors.
- Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Training:1 month of training 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
Scheduled Shift After Training: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am Monday-Friday
