At ONEOK, we move energy safely, reliably, and responsibly—and that starts with how we understand and mitigate risk. We’re looking for a Supervisor, Asset Integrity & Engineering to lead our Pipeline Risk Analysis Program and help shape the next generation of integrity professionals through our Engineering Development Program (EDP).

If you’re energized by solving complex problems, translating data into decisions, and building high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to lead a critical program at scale.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Own and evolve pipeline risk analytics

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ONEOK’s Pipeline Risk Analysis Program across gas and hazardous liquid systems
  • Ensure alignment with 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195, industry best practices, and internal standards
  • Translate risk insights into actionable integrity strategies, influencing inspection planning, mitigation activities, and capital prioritization
  • Drive consistency across assets while integrating legacy systems and emerging tools

Lead and develop talent

  • Supervise and coach a team of engineers and analysts supporting enterprise risk management
  • Play a key leadership role in ONEOK’s Engineering Development Program, mentoring early-career engineers and shaping future technical leaders
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation

Collaborate and influence across the organization

  • Partner with Integrity, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure risk outputs are accurate, defensible, and actionable
  • Support regulatory audits and internal reviews, ensuring risk methodologies and decisions are well-documented and audit-ready
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to leadership, enabling informed decision-making

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related field required)

Experience / Knowledge

  • 6+ years of experience in pipeline integrity, risk assessment, or asset integrity engineering
  • Strong understanding of pipeline risk, risk model data inputs, and regulatory requirements (PHMSA/49 CFR 192 & 195)
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal)
  • Ability to translate data into strategy and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with risk modeling platforms, GIS systems, or data analytics tools
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Background supporting audits or regulatory interactions
  • Experience integrating legacy processes into standardized management systems

Our Values in Action

At ONEOK, our values guide how we work, make decisions, and deliver results. In this role, you will:

  • Put Safety First – Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the safety of employees, the public, and the environment by ensuring risk assessments drive proactive, prevention-focused integrity decisions
  • Act with Integrity and Ethics – Uphold the highest standards by ensuring risk models, assumptions, and decisions are transparent, defensible, and compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Embrace Diversity and Inclusion – Foster an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives strengthen problem-solving and innovation across teams and functions
  • Protect the Environment – Support environmentally responsible operations by prioritizing risk mitigation strategies that reduce impacts and enhance system reliability
  • Be Accountable to Our Stakeholders – Take ownership of outcomes, delivering reliable, data-driven insights that build trust with leadership, regulators, and the communities we serve

Why ONEOK?

  • Impact: Your work directly influences the safety and reliability of critical energy infrastructure
  • Scale: Lead programs that span multiple operating regions and asset types across ONEOK’s entire asset map
  • Growth: Shape the development of future engineers and leaders through EDP

  • Your team is engaged, developing, and delivering high-quality work
  • Leadership trusts your program as a source of truth for pipeline risk
