Description
As a Fixed Term Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Marketing Team by coordinating and executing a variety of marketing activities that are critical to day-to-day operations. Your goal will be to provide operational support that enables Marketing Managers to focus on strategic business planning and the successful delivery of key marketing programs. Your success will be demonstrated through accurate reporting, effective campaign coordination, strong cross-functional relationships, and the timely execution of marketing initiatives and administrative processes.
This is a Fixed Term Contract anticipated to last 18 months.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide regular reporting on Top Oil retail and direct business promotions
- Oversee gift card and prize fulfillment for marketing campaigns and promotions
- Prepare and provide quotes for marketing materials and merchandise as requested
- Coordinate the printing and shipping of marketing materials and merchandise
- Assist with the development and execution of customer journeys through CRM campaigns
- Develop and submit briefs to support marketing initiatives and campaign execution
- Coordinate the development of marketing assets and obtain appropriate approvals
- Build and maintain relationships while acting as a Marketing liaison with the Top Oil direct business
- Track sponsorship activities for the Top Oil direct business and arrange payments as required
- Collaborate with the social media team and complete post-campaign documentation and reporting as required
Your Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to support reporting, documentation, and the coordination of marketing activities
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Your Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment with a focus on business administration and/or customer service
- Previous experience supporting marketing, sales, or customer-focused programs is considered an asset
The expected salary range for this position is $61,993 - $77,492 annualized. Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
