Supports the Senior Process Owner by managing day‑to‑day governance and development of specific transport subprocesses (e.g., routing setup, load planning, sequencing logic, documentation flows).nnual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$120,000- $125,000/Per Year
This position is eligible for incentive pay of 10% of the annual base salary, dependent upon successful attainment of company, team, and individual goals.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain subprocess-level SOPs, controls, and standard work.
Support testing, documentation updates, and training activities.
Assist with routing data accuracy, sequencing logic, and dispatch workflows.
Conduct periodic performance checks and support audits.
Partner with site teams to gather insights and identify improvement opportunities.
Support deployment of new tools, equipment, and process enhancements.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Lean/6-Sigma certification preferred.
Work Experience
• 3–5+ years in operations, supply chain, inventory, or internal logistics.
• Understanding of material flow, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Experience writing SOPs, process flows, or technical instructions.
Core Competencies
• Preferred Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
