Position Summary:

Ivy Health is a fast-growing, private equity-backed outpatient healthcare platform generating over $700M in revenue across 18 states. We're seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to serve as the CFO's strategic right hand — turning complex, multi-site healthcare operations into sharp forecasts, rigorous analysis, and decisions the executive team and Board can act on.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You will be the primary financial business partner to the CEO, CFO, COO, and Board — building the planning discipline, performance infrastructure, and talent engine that scale with the business. You'll work directly with our private equity sponsor, Waud Capital, and play a central role in Ivy Health's next chapter: continued organic growth, De Novo expansion, M&A, and a future exit/IPO.

Join Ivy Rehab’s dedicated team where you’re not just an employee, but a valued teammate! Together, we provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Our culture promotes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient.
