Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and migrate PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial network systems.
- Troubleshoot automation and control system issues to minimize downtime.
- Develop, modify, and optimize control logic and automation programs.
- Manage integration between production equipment and information systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure cybersecurity and compliance for industrial control systems.
- Lead or support automation projects, upgrades, and new equipment installations.
- Maintain system documentation, backups, and change management records.
- Provide technical training and support to operations and maintenance personnel.
- Maintain IDC server, including OT Network
- Review, enhance and ensure proper execution of Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Responsible for Reporting & analysis all Electrical maintenance performance data to support decision-making and improve asset reliability
- Responsible for applying PepsiCo Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) standards in all Electrical Maintenance activities done by his team to achieve zero safety incidents.
- Responsible for doing required Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for electrical breakdown to ensure proper corrective and preventive actions to avoid repetition.
- Ensure of applying PepsiCo electrical Engineering standard as per last version.
- Study the electrical related KAIZENs and ensure implementation of approved ones.
- Ensure implementation of (PeMM) PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology standards to achieve external PeMM assessment score targets.
- Manage and control his team overtime and annual leaves according to the work needs.
Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering bachelor’s degree (Electrical or Automation Engineering majors)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, Serialetc.)
- Strong in English - written and spoken.
- Computer & Microsoft Office programs proficiency (Excel-Word-PowerPoint SAP is extra)
- Communication & Leadership Skills.
