Job Description
- Partner with business and technology teams to document, refine, and maintain user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Provide business guidance and subject matter expertise to technology partners throughout the development lifecycle to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.
- Validate user stories, requirements, and implemented functionality to ensure business outcomes, acceptance criteria, and readiness requirements are met.
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps to identify impacts, dependencies, improvement opportunities, and validation requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to support solution design, operational readiness, and successful implementation of new capabilities.
- Support testing and Production Validation activities by executing business scenarios, evaluating results, and identifying gaps, defects, and process impacts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for business processes, customer experiences, account opening, and operational workflows within the Production Validation Environment (PVE).
- Lead implementation and governance of PVE standards, behaviors, and best practices to ensure consistency and effective utilization across teams.
- Partner with project teams to assess operational impacts, identify validation requirements, and support release planning and implementation readiness efforts.
- Identify, document, and escalate risks, dependencies, and process impacts that may affect successful implementation or user adoption.
- Develop and maintain procedures, job aids, process documentation, and validation artifacts to support knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
- Support release readiness and post-implementation validation activities to ensure solutions perform as intended and business objectives are achieved.
- Monitor PVE utilization and adherence to established standards, recommending process improvements and control enhancements where needed.
