What you will be doing

1. Customer onboarding and account management

  • Conduct customer due diligence review on WBG‘s customers for onboarding and trigger event review.

  • Review documentation received from front line to ensure documentation correctness and completeness.

  • Identify and verify KYC documents and customer statistics data

  • Communicate and coordinate with front line staff to obtain missing or additional document/information for CDD review

  • Enhance/ contribute to enhancing process and internal control to strengthen 1st line of defence

  • Assist to prepare onboarding or CDD related training

  • Contribute to the teams BAU productivity at the highest standards

  • Comply with relevant Bank’s internal policy and procedure

2. Project Management

  • Participate necessary project / system enhancement in relation to CDD/KYC

  • Identify and lead necessary improvement in risk control

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience

  • CDD/KYC related certifications preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Professional presentation and report writing skills

  • Familiar with banking and regulatory requirements (e.g. Code of Banking Practice)

  • Independent, with strong compliance sense

  • Good analytical and communication skills
