Salary Range $20 per hour
Crisis Response On-call Rates
- Responding On-Call Rate: $3.50/hour
- Responding On-Call Late Rate: $3.75/hour (between the hours of 12am-8am)
- Responding Late Rate: $31.00/hour (between the hours of 12am-8am)
- Responding On-Call Holiday Rate: $3.75/hour
- Holiday Late Rate: $31 per hour

Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing on-call, in-person social service crisis intervention counseling for families with children ages 0 - 17 years of age. Services are provided for evening, weekend and holiday coverage. May provide initial screening of child protection cases and initial face to face contact to ensure child and family safety and provide information and appropriate referrals.

In-home/Remote: Anoka County
Schedule
On Call shifts as needed (weeknights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in social work, social services, or related human services field.
- Currently reside in a location where Anoka County can be reached in less than 60 minutes.
- Interested and available to work assigned shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays with flexible hours.
- Interested and available to provide relief coverage when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years' experience in child protection, court services, human services, or family counseling. CHILD PROTECTION EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED.
