About the Role
Basic Purpose: The position involves posting cash to our A/R system and handling collection of outstanding receivables.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00/hour
Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Candidates with additional relevant degrees or certifications and extensive experience may be considered for the higher end of the salary range.
Shift: 1st shift
Education: Certification or Associate's Degree in Accounting required.

Top 5 Tasks for this for this position:
• Work up daily cash deposits and bank wire payments posting to customers’ accounts in SAP; record daily to monthly cash logs for Corporate Accounting.
• Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies maintaining a record of all findings and collection efforts.
• Maintain Aging Accounts Receivable Reports.
• Analyze Credit Requests —pricing issues, RGA’s etc, to resolve payment issues.
• Back up on entering Account Payable invoices when needed.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
