How you'll make an impact in this role

• Cultivating Talent: You will lead the way in welcoming new team members, crafting personalized orientation and mentorship journeys that turn "new hires" into "clinical experts."
• Empowering Through Coaching: Rather than just checking boxes, you’ll provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, helping your staff navigate challenges and unlock their full potential.
• Advocating for Quality and Safety: You will ensure our team operates with the highest standards of integrity, helping everyone understand the "why" behind our policies so that compliance becomes a shared commitment to patient safety.
• Bridging Departments: You will serve as a collaborative partner across the organization, breaking down silos to ensure our departmental goals align with our broader mission of clinical excellence.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative jobspecific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
