MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Defining and driving the technical strategy and architecture for NAB's AI productivity platform ecosystem.
• Providing technical leadership and decision governance across design, implementation, operations, and platform evolution.
• Leading reliability and operational excellence, including observability strategy, incident command support, root-cause reviews, and systemic remediation.
• Establishing engineering guardrails for secure SDLC, CI/CD, release governance, and production readiness.
• Leading platform hardening initiatives, including identity/access controls, vulnerability remediation, and security-by-design practices.
• Partnering with Security, Risk, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Product stakeholders to deliver complex cross-domain outcomes.
• Guiding teams through major technology introductions (including Claude), ensuring scalable adoption and controlled rollout.
• Defining standards for code quality, test strategy, service resilience, and maintainability across squads.
• Mentoring engineers and technical leads, lifting engineering capability and strengthening technical leadership depth.
• Driving data-informed decisions through platform reporting, health metrics, and operational analytics.

YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Well verse with Front-end and Back-end technology such as. React and Java.
• Leading reliability and operational excellence, including observability strategy, incident command support, root-cause reviews, and systemic remediation.
• Establishing engineering guardrails for secure SDLC, CI/CD, release governance, and production readiness.
• Leading platform hardening initiatives, including identity/access controls, vulnerability remediation, and security-by-design practices.
• Partnering with Security, Risk, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Product stakeholders to deliver complex cross-domain outcomes.
• Guiding teams through major technology introductions (including Claude), ensuring scalable adoption and controlled rollout.
