About The Role
The Mortgage Loan Disbursement Specialist supports a smooth mortgage experience by reviewing closing documents, preparing loans for servicing, completing disbursement activities, and ensuring post-closing requirements are met accurately and on time. This detail-oriented position collaborates with title companies, members, and mortgage staff to maintain complete, compliant, and well-organized loan files.

What You’ll Do
- Review and maintain mortgage closing packages.
- Prepare, transfer, and verify loan data between origination and servicing systems.
- Complete loan funding, escrow setup, PMI activation, and related transactions.
- Resolve post-closing, underwriting, documentation, and quality control items.
- Process servicing updates, construction draws, payment setup, and loan conversions.
- Collaborate with title companies, members, and mortgage staff to resolve issues efficiently.
Is This You?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and application skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
- Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance
- Ability to be registered under the SAFE Act required
- Ability to be bonded
- Preferred But Not Required: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience, financial services experience, retail mortgage lending experience, mortgage servicing software experience
