Security Guard - New Westminster GY FT

Commissionaires BC is currently looking for a security professional to work full time at hotel in New Westminster. 

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 2300 - 0700 + Monday - Wednesday 2230 - 0630
Wage: $23.00/hour

Some of your responsibilities include:  

• Provide superior customer service to our client and site users
• Perform regular exterior and interior patrols, including door lockups
• Equipment alarm response and monitoring
• Provide access control as per site regulations, including issuing of access cards
• CCTV monitoring
• Site removal of unauthorized individuals 
• Investigate security incidents, escalating as necessary
• Maintains a safe environment for all personnel and the public 
• Report all incidences to the Client Services Manager and provide investigation report(s)

  Your Must-Haves:  

• BC Security License 
• Fluent English written, verbal and reading skills 

  Your Nice-To-Haves:  

• Hold Basic First Aid (OFA 1)
• Class 5 drivers license 
• You have resided in Canada for the last five years (for clearance purposes)
