BIM/Revit Designer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Designer with expertise in plumbing system design to join our MEP team in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of plumbing design principles, proficiency in Revit, and at least 5 years of experience in the field. This role will offer opportunities to work on impactful projects, ensuring high-quality and coordinated designs for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop plumbing system designs in Revit for various project types (commercial, residential, industrial, etc.).
• Create detailed construction documents, including layouts, schematics, and specifications for plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, and consultants, to ensure design integration and accuracy.
• Coordinate 3D models with MEP systems and other project stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Assist with project documentation, revisions, and updates in Revit, adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in plumbing system design using Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and other design tools; BIM experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of plumbing design and industry standards (e.g., ASPE, UPC, building codes).
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and dedication to delivering exceptional client service.

Salary Range:

$85,000 to $100,000
