What You'll Do 

As a Call Center Representative (Pre-Sales/Customer Service), you'll be one of the first voices our customers hear. You'll connect with customers who are interested in learning more about vehicle protection and help get them to the right member of our Sales Team. 

This is a customer-focused role where your communication skills, energy, and ability to connect with people matter. 

You'll: 

• Connect with customers from across the country 
• Create a positive first impression through friendly, engaging conversations 
• Ask qualifying questions and verify customer information 
• Introduce customers to CARCHEX vehicle protection solutions 
• Identify customer needs and determine appropriate next steps 
• Connect qualified customers with a Sales Representative 
• Deliver a professional, customer-first experience on every call 

Compensation 

Pay Range: $20.00–$22.00+ per hour 

Compensation within the range will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. 

Periodic performance and compensation reviews.

Schedule 

Full-Time | Monday–Friday 

Choose from two 8-hour schedules: 

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 

Overtime opportunities available. 

Work from our headquarters in Hunt Valley Towne Centre, conveniently located near shopping, dining, and transportation.
