About the Role

On behalf of our parent company, GENMA Holding GmbH we are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager (gn) at our location in St. Ingbert-Rohrbach. 

GENMA (Germany) Holding GmbH, headquartered in Düsseldorf, forms part of the international GENMA Group, a leading provider of intelligent material-handling solutions. The company develops and supplies customised systems for ports, mining and industry, ranging from cranes and conveyor systems to innovative automation and digitalisation technologies.

Your mission

• Responsible for the company’s daily financial management, including accounting, month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting and financial data analysis
• Responsible for specific financial areas and related matters, including accounts receivable/payable and cash management
• Responsible for tax matters, audits and related financial filings, as well as coordinating with internal and external auditors and relevant institutions
• Responsible for communication, coordination and information alignment on financial matters between China and Germany
• Prepare, verify and provide relevant financial data for listed company announcements, regulatory filings and related purposes
• Optimize financial processes to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of financial work

Deine Aufgaben

Your profile

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field, with at least 4 years of audit experience
• Solid financial knowledge and strong skills in data processing, analysis and problem-solving.
• Responsible, patient and detail-oriented, with strong execution skills and the ability to independently drive specific tasks forward
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate proactively and provide timely feedback
• Strong sense of responsibility and cross-cultural communication skills
• Basic professional working communication skills in Chinese and English; German is an advantage
• Native German speakers who are currently learning Chinese are also welcome
