Main Responsibilities
1. Collect information and data related to procurement needs, including specifications of the products or services required.
2. Assist in the preparation of procurement documents including specifications, quantities and other requirements.
3. Assist in preparing procurement reports, including the budget and evaluation results.

4. Conduct vendor evaluations by assessing supplier performance, pricing, quality, delivery, and compliance to support procurement decisions and maintain an approved vendor database.

5. Analyze and compare vendor quotations and bidding proposals to ensure competitive pricing, compliance with technical requirements, and cost-effective procurement recommendations.

6. Review and reconcile bunker consumption and procurement data, ensuring the accuracy of bunker purchases, supporting documentation, and invoice verification in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

7. Coordinate procurement activities related to vessel operations, including the timely sourcing and delivery of vessel stores, spare parts, equipment, and operational services to ensure uninterrupted vessel operations.

8. Monitor procurement transactions and maintain accurate procurement records, ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and procurement procedures throughout the purchasing process.


General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Marine Transportation, or a related field.

2. 0–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, or a related role.

3. Good understanding of procurement processes, vendor evaluation, quotation analysis, tender/bidding procedures, and purchasing documentation.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

5. Good communication, coordination, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and vessel operations.
