JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician

JOB SCHEDULE: Days 6:00 am to 4:00 pm 

REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment and Facility as Required. 

To Comply with all applicable Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

 

JOB FUNCTIONS: 

To perform all required and scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual preventative maintenance activities per work instructions, procedures and quality system requirements.

1) All tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

2) Maintain all preventative maintenance records, documents as per QMS requirements

3) Permanently Identify all equipment and maintain records

4) Ensure Facility is kept clean and free of debris

5) Ensure that Safety Energy Controls are present on all applicable equipment and functioning

6) Report all Safety Nonconformance's to the Maintenance Supervisor

7) Daily Press PM checks/record findings

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

High School Graduate/ or Equivalent

Machine Repair Experience

Knowledge of OSHA Requirements

Knowledge of Electronics

Knowledge of Hydraulics

Knowledge of Pneumatics

Hi-Lo experience and certification
