Job Summary
Responsible for examining the more complex termite damage claims in assigned geographic region(s) to determine nature and extent of loss using estimates/appraisals to review and document claims. Conducts liability and root cause investigations on identified claims. Assists in determination of resolution of claim. This is an individual contributor position and does not manage people.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Handle termite damage claims (review and determine course of action on each claim assigned for supporting final disposition of a loss)
Work directly with internal and external customers to develop evidence and establish facts on assigned claims
Determine root cause, remedial treatment requirements and proper scope of damage repairs efforts to resolve timely.
Conduct thorough investigations and keep accurate , relevant documentation of activity to build knowledge database
Organize, plan and prioritize work activities to track and stay current with claim assignments and to ensure prompt conclusion of lifecycle of claim.
Support BU and Field through branch visits to conduct training, claims investigations and resolution.
Monitor and ensure that the Terminix Contractor Network is appropriately maintained to ensure contractor compliance and quality review for best customer relationships.

Compensation
Range $70,700 - $92,000 / year
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
