If you’re looking for a customer service and sales role where you can make a positive impact on clients every day, we’d love to meet you! We’re looking for upbeat, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our wellness-focused front desk team.

This is more than just a desk job — you’ll help create an amazing experience for every client who walks through our doors while working in a supportive, spa-like environment. Our studio offers a calm, welcoming atmosphere focused on wellness, relaxation, and creating a positive experience for both clients and staff.

🗓️ Current Schedule We Are Hiring For

We are specifically looking to fill the following shifts:

• Monday: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Follow our proven sales process to promote the Elements Wellness Program and build client loyalty
• Greet clients and create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and process payments
• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized experiences
• Turn client concerns into positive, solution-focused experiences
• Help maintain a clean, organized, spa-like environment

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
• Someone who enjoys connecting with people and truly listening to clients’ needs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Availability to consistently work the schedule listed above

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales or membership sales experience preferred
• Customer service experience in a spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality setting is a plus
• Comfortable using scheduling and payment software systems
• Passion for wellness, self-care, and creating a positive environment for both clients and coworkers
