HELOC Intake Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

The HELOC Intake Coordinator is responsible for reviewing the loan application from the customer for completeness before triggering an application in Encompass. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for pulling credit for the customer and confirming the transaction meets general HELOC product requirements. The Intake Coordinator collects missing documentation from the customer prior to submission to Processing. The Intake Coordinator sends the initial HELOC disclosure package to the customer for signatures. The Intake Coordinator assigns a Processor to the transaction and moves all necessary milestones in Encompass.   

• Review HELOC loan applications for completeness and compliance with guidelines.

• Send out initial HELOC disclosure packages

• Pull credit and collect missing documentation from the borrower.

• Assign Processors and move necessary milestones in Encompass

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Lending, Customer Service, or Banking

• Experience reviewing HELOC loan applications for completeness and compliance with guidelines

• High School Diploma

• General Computer Skills

Compensation:

The estimated hourly range for this role is $20.19-$26.44, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
