## About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in SAP analytics technologies, enterprise data architectures, and S/4HANA Finance business processes. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise across SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAC, CDS Views, and SAP HANA with a deep understanding of finance domains including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Profitability Analysis, and management reporting. The role offers the opportunity to design and deliver scalable, business-focused analytics solutions within a complex telecom environment.

## What you’ll do

Define and implement modern enterprise data architectures, including layered modelling, data virtualisation, harmonisation, and semantic modelling.Design and deliver analytics solutions aligned with S/4HANA Finance processes, including:

• General Ledger and Universal Journal
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Asset Accounting
• Cost Centre Accounting and Profit Centre Accounting
• Profitability Analysis (Margin Analysis / COPA)

Architect and optimise complex data flows integrating S/4HANA, non-SAP systems, APIs, and additional enterprise data sources.Translate finance reporting requirements into scalable SAP Datasphere models, including replication scenarios, business entities, analytical models, and semantic layers.Develop and enhance SAP Analytics Cloud stories, dashboards, analytic applications, planning models, and operational reporting solutions.Deliver SAP Datasphere and S/4HANA integrations using CDS Views, OData services, and enterprise data services.Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP analytics implementation programmes across multiple project lifecycles.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, solution design reviews, and business alignment discussions.Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and senior leaders to deliver analytics solutions aligned with organisational priorities.Provide technical guidance to team members through deliverable reviews and best-practice recommendations.Lead production readiness activities, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimisation, and solution stabilisation.Drive innovation by leveraging SAP Datasphere capabilities such as Data Fabric, Replication Flows, Data Marketplace, and Space Architecture.

## Who you are

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.8 to 12 years of experience within SAP Analytics environments.Proven delivery experience across at least 3 to 5 full lifecycle SAP analytics implementations.Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, including ADSO modelling, AMDP development, SAP HANA SQL, and performance optimisation.Demonstrated experience with SAP Datasphere, including Spaces, Data Builder, Business Builder, Analytical Models, and Replication Flows.Extensive experience developing SAP Analytics Cloud stories, dashboards, operational reporting, and planning solutions.Strong understanding of S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, ABAP CDS Views, and OData services.Experience with SAP HANA Calculation Views, procedures, and complex integration scenarios across SAP and non-SAP platforms.Knowledge of cloud-based enterprise platforms, with SAP BTP experience preferred.Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance and Core Finance business processes.Experience working within telecom environments and supporting finance reporting and integration requirements.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, workshop facilitation, solution design, and delivery skills.Relevant SAP certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
