UI Developer / Frontend UI Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled UI Developer responsible for developing responsive, visually appealing, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and modern frontend/UI frameworks, with the ability to accurately translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Convert Figma/design mockups and prototypes into functional web pages.
• Develop reusable UI components and frontend templates.
• Ensure consistency between UI designs and developed applications.
• Implement responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and frontend developers.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Optimize UI components for performance and usability.
• Follow accessibility and web development standards.
• Maintain consistent styling, typography, spacing, colors, and UI behaviors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related defects.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain frontend coding standards.
• Support creation and maintenance of design systems and reusable component libraries.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with HTML5.
• Strong expertise in CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Excellent understanding of responsive web design.
• Experience converting Figma/UI designs into pixel-accurate web interfaces.
• Experience with CSS techniques including:
  • Flexbox
  • CSS Grid
  • Media Queries
  • Responsive layouts
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with UI/CSS frameworks such as:
  • Bootstrap
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Material UI
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Good knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Strong attention to visual detail.

Good-to-Have Skills

• TypeScript.
• React/Next.js experience.
• SCSS/SASS or LESS.
• Material UI or other component libraries.
• Storybook.
• Experience developing design systems.
• Web accessibility standards, particularly WCAG.
• Basic understanding of REST API integration.
• Frontend performance optimization.
• Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or other frontend testing tools.
• Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• CI/CD knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
