What you'll bring to the role:

  • Experience working with data, reporting, or invoices
  • Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, basic formulas, and tracking
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
  • Exposure to expense management, procurement, invoice processing, large datasets, or financial systems is preferred
  • Experience with AI or automation tools, including Copilot, Excel functions, or basic Power BI capabilities, is preferred
  • Experience working with global teams or stakeholders is preferred.
