As a Non-Opiate Recovery Coordinator, you'll help people affected by substances such as cocaine, cannabis, ketamine and other non-opiate drugs navigate their recovery journey with confidence. Through meaningful conversations, evidence-based interventions and strengths-based support, you'll empower individuals to make informed choices, reduce harm and achieve sustainable change.

You'll develop expertise across assessment, recovery planning, harm reduction, partnership working and community engagement, while building a rewarding career within one of the UK's leading health and social care charities.

Allowances: Outer London Weighting, pro rata
Please note:Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
About You
We're looking for someone who combines professional curiosity, resilience and compassion with a genuine commitment to improving lives.
You may already have experience within substance use services, mental health, social care, criminal justice, housing or other community-based support environments.
You'll bring:
- Experience supporting people facing complex challenges
- An understanding of recovery, behaviour change and harm reduction principles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to engage and motivate people from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of safeguarding, professional boundaries and risk management
- Effective organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities
- A commitment to equality, inclusion and person-centred practice
