Design and implement customer lifecycle programs, including welcome series, loyalty programs, reactivation campaigns, and win-back strategies.
Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness, including subject lines, content, send times, segmentation, and customer journeys.
Ensure the CRM platform is configured and utilized effectively, leveraging technical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance. Collaborate with the IT and Product teams on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
Work closely with the CRM team to ensure seamless execution of CRM activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Customer Service, to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
Support the daily execution of CRM campaigns, from creative briefing and ticket submission through creative reviews, audience selection, campaign setup, coding, QA, scheduling, and deployment.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM, customer engagement, and marketing automation. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance CRM capabilities and performance.
